Weekend Fun

Well the weekend turned out to be wonderful!!! Officially Cliff was on call all weekend but we still enjoyed it as if it was his weekend off. Saturday we met my mom in Lewisville for lunch at ElFenix and then also shopped for a tent which in the end was too small. Cliff and I then stopped at Phil Dill Boats and check out the Yamaha SX230... Just out having fun and enjoying the day.. Sunday came along with yard word and purchasing a new weed-eater. The joys of owning a home - - - some things never stop - - like the grass growing!!! We had our WeedEater for 1 year and it croacked on Cliff on Sunday. So he went out and bought a new MANLY one at Lowe's!!! I ended up with a BAD sunburn just from pulling weeds and organzing the back patio!!!

Hope everyone is having a great week. Cliff and I are looking forward to our camping trip this weekend at Lake Cooper. :)

The Fairytale Continues...

Oh my gosh does time fly or what!!! YES... It was officially a year that Cliff and I were married on Monday or this week. And no we weren't at the Iberostar this year... soaking up the sun, enjoying our personal butler, no eating lobster and steak.. Instead we spent the day together running errands.. We planned to go to Dallas to stay in a hotel and have a nice dinner, but the huge pink cast on my right foot prevented that from happening. I tried to do something good for myself and end up breaking my ankle in the process. Anyhow my cell phone was acting crazy and buttons were missing so it was due time to get a new one. And yes Cliff got me an iPhone!!! Leaving the store we were even interviewed by Channel 21 the sister station of CBS 11.. It was pretty darn cool! We then went to On the Border, one of our favorite dining places.. And the day couldn't end without stopping by Cabela'ls for Cliff!!! Overall we had a wonderful 1 Year Anniversary and more than anything the time together was incredible!!! So to let you all know.. the fairytale continues... Here are a couple of pictures from the top layer of our "Happily" cake, the original wedding cake and the doctors visit for the cast... Enjoy!
