Zzzzzz....

Well for the past few months both Cliff and I have complained about the mattress we have in our room and our restless nights. I've been researching things online and decided to go with a Memory Foam Mattress Topper. I've looked several times when I am out at several department store and such and never found one thick enough. My mother in law told me to always get the 4 inch one, the rest were a waste. So while at our weekend shopping at Walmart Cliff found one and I came home and researched a little and read consumer reviews on it.

We went out on the line and got one and now absolutely love it. I have actually been sleeping through the night more and also being able to go back to sleep easier. Cliff has slept better on his short night and feels so much more rested in the mornings than he use too.

Anyhow, just wanted to pass along our purchase, which has turned out to be a fabulous deal for us in so many ways!!!

Fall cleaning... BLEACH

Well since I have been home lots and lots of cleaning has been done. Its the kind of cleaning I haven't put a lot of effort into during the 3 years we have lived here in the house. But the time has come and i definitely have the time on my hands now.

So today I got the Clorox spray bleach out and started on all of my white doors and light switches. It was going so good for so long and then all of a sudden I swear I was feeling tipsy! So I thought I better stop, don't think little Butterbean was appreciating the cleaning and especially the bleach. But wow what a difference it makes on white doors!!!

Labor Day

So since Cliff was working, as usual, on a holiday, I went and picked up my mom for some shopping!!! Definately a mom and daughter hobby!!!

She found the fabulous additional 20% off deal at Buy Buy Baby, so we went there first and got the goodies. We went to a few other baby store and also hit up a few stores at the mall. I don't have much patience for ignorant people these days, so the mall trip didn't last long and didn't find much.

She treated me to a wonderful lunch at Mazziato's! Yummy Mexican food, which I continue to be able to eat and enjoy so far!

I was worn out by the time the day was over and headed home to get there before Cliff arrived home from his job, and we had a lovely bowl of cereal for dinner!

Well in the ads this week were baby sales galore and of course you know me I'm always looking for a good deal and how to save money. So here are my steals!!!

Week 14 Updates

Week 14 Updates

Cravings:

Still the same, though jalapenos have kind of leveled off.

Love cereal and PB&J sandwiches. Especially the PB&J's since I'm not allowed lunch meat unless its heated up and don't like hot meat since I'm a mayo kind of girl!!!

Right now I can't stand the following foods and smells; they literally make me sick:

*grilled meat
*BBQ
*cigarette smoke
*chicken poop (yes some of you will laugh your booty's off when you see this one)

Been having some pretty severe headache's which have been no fun and if you know me I don't nap, but I have been trying hard to do so, just to alleviate some of the tension in my head. Nauseated too. Woke up today with bad nausea!!! Cliff had to leave where we were and go get me a Sprite to alleviate the rumbly in my tummy. Which yes, it did help.

Other than that i have been good to go! Been very active lately. Of course I'm always cleaning, but I decided to strip the ugly wall paper in my laundry room and paint one of the walls in there. I painted the wall a turquoise color and then went back with a copper metallic glaze and did a sponge type coating on top. I absolutely love it! And so does the hubby! I will try to post pics soon of the new wall.

My next project is I am painting our bedroom furniture a black again (it originated black when we got married and I had to change it) and changing my master bedroom up a little. Going to go with a red, black and white scheme. Thanks to Natalie, I loved her bedroom so well, I'm now copying her and changing mine to a similar scheme!!! So when all complete, I will post pictures!

Lastly.... We go to our next doctor's appointment on September 13 and I'm sure will have lots of updates then.
